01 May Berghaus Chromia Review
Backpacks are one of the most important if not the most important component of a travel preparation. This is why picking the best backpack for your specific needs will definitely save you from hassle. A backpack is just a backpack when it does its job right, but once it fails in quality, you will realize that it is really important to use a good one. One brand that I can recommend to you is the Berghaus Chromia backpack.

“I have spent a few days trying out this backpack to test it for its capacity to hold a reasonable weight of material and for comfort while in use. It has passed those trials very successfully indeed. I think it is a first-rate travelling companion.
The Berghaus Chromia 30 sits comfortably high on the back and is well-padded and shaped, with good ventilation. The chest and hip belts are adjustable for height, and removable in the case of the latter. I particularly liked the side carrying strap so that if you have a laptop or other similar piece of kit, you can carry the pack like a suitcase.
The internal compression straps and the numerous pockets are useful; you can really organise, pack and carry your luggage well. Attention to other design aspects is also good:the luggage label holder, and the black and grey colours, with discreet lime green trim, make the backpack smart but not dull. Despite its Nordic-sounding name, Berghaus is a British brand, which started life in the North East, with a store in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, in 1966.
An excellent product. Highly recommended.”

Customer review from the Amazon Vineâ„¢ Programme (What’s this?)
Berghaus have always been a reliable label/ make when it comes to luggage so when i needed a new backpack, i knew what would be my first choice as my carry case that i have had for years is still in the best condition and i have never had a mishap with that case, so out of all the packs on the market, i knew this would be a good investment. I am planning to go hiking this year up in the lake district so this bag will be perfect to carry up the mountain or red tarn as its known. It’s good to know that this bag has a laptop compartment so i won’t have to carry another bag with me just to lug my laptop all the way up there. This bag is robust and can carry a lot of stuff without really becoming too heavy to carry. You can carry your laptop, video camera, ipod, the novel you plan to read while you are up there, (personally im taking my theory test to brush up on road signs) without it getting exposed and safe. It looks good, feels good and worth every penny.”
It is never easy getting a rucksack good enough for your needs. This is why I try to provide as much product reviews as I can so as to provide you half the task in finding what rucksack suits you best. As with Berghaus Chromia, it is definitely a good choice. Its back flow system allows better ventilation for the comfort of the user. It is also loaded with lots of pockets and storage areas for organizing your things better. It is also hydration system compatible so it is basically everything that you will need. It is a great hiking backpack and definitely a great travel buddy. Check it out on Amazon for more info.
