New Year’s Eve: Sydney

by Gap Year Escape · 5 comments

I’m still yet to make my New Year’s Eve plans and I am certainly cutting it quite fine. When you are planning a Gap Year it’s worth thinking about where you might want to spend New Year’s Eve. For me I wanted to be in Sydney. No questions asked. It has to be the best New Year’s Eve I have ever had.

I spent the day in the Botanical Gardens looking over at the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge Fireworks. It’s a day I’ll never forget.

What’s your best New Year’s Eve celebrations? What are you doing this year and where will you be?

Check out the video to see what I got up to in Sydney last year.

Gonna be celebrating in Sydney at the Harbour myself — possibly the biggest item on my bucket list and I’m going to LIVE it this year :-)

so I’m only a minute through the video, and I have already seen about 20 reasons why I will definitely try to hit Sydney for NYE one day. It was already on my list, but now I’m circling it.
